Effective date: 19 September 2026
These Website Terms govern access to and use of the Kinfluence public website, operated by Digitbite GulfHifi Technologies FZE LLC (“Kinfluence”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website. Questions can be sent to info@kinfluence.io.
1. Website and service agreements
The website provides information about Kinfluence and a way to contact our team. These terms apply to the website; they do not replace a signed order form, subscription agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement or creator programme agreement.
Access to a customer workspace, paid services, AI tools, marketplace activity or creator programme is governed by the applicable service agreement. That agreement defines the features, integrations, onboarding, fees, support and responsibilities included in your engagement. If there is a conflict about a contracted service, the applicable service agreement takes precedence.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the website to learn about our business and make legitimate enquiries. You must not:
- use it unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person’s rights;
- submit malicious code, spam, misleading information or material you have no right to share;
- attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure;
- collect personal information from the website for unlawful or unsolicited targeting; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship with Kinfluence.
If you act for an organisation, you are responsible for having authority to make the enquiry or request you submit.
3. Intellectual property
The Kinfluence name, branding, website design, text, software and other materials are owned by us or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to our trademarks.
You may view the website and share links for legitimate personal or internal business purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, sell or exploit substantial website materials without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners; their mention does not by itself imply endorsement or partnership.
4. Enquiries and information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to share it. We may use your enquiry and related materials to assess and respond to your request. You retain your rights in your own materials; sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership to Kinfluence.
The public contact form is not a confidential data room. Do not submit trade secrets or sensitive documents unless we have agreed an appropriate channel and confidentiality arrangements. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
A website enquiry or acknowledgement does not by itself create a subscription, creator engagement, payment obligation or other service contract. Commercial commitments require separate agreement.
5. Programmes, AI and rewards
Programme participation, content deliverables, usage rights, disclosures, approval requirements and rewards are determined by the relevant programme agreement. Website descriptions do not guarantee acceptance into a programme, a particular income, campaign performance or a reward.
AI-assisted work requires appropriate human review for accuracy, rights, brand requirements and suitability before use. The applicable agreement identifies which tools are available and who is responsible for approvals, publishing and payment. Browsing this website does not authorise Kinfluence to publish content or make commitments on your behalf.
6. Website information and availability
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate. We may correct errors, update content or change the website without notice. Product descriptions are general information; the agreed service scope is set out in your contract. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. A link does not constitute approval of every statement or service on the linked website.
8. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business opportunity or anticipated savings, arising solely from use of or inability to use this public website. Liability relating to a contracted service is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or statutory right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
9. Investor information
Company and investor information on this website is for general information. It is not investment advice, an offer of securities or a guarantee of future performance. Any investment opportunity is subject to separate documentation, eligibility requirements and due diligence.
10. Changes, restrictions and disputes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Changes do not override an existing signed agreement.
Please contact us first about a website concern or dispute so we can seek a practical resolution. Applicable law determines your rights and the courts with jurisdiction, subject to any separate valid agreement. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or other statutory protections.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
